I'm a mum of two young kids and one crazy whippet but I’m also proud to be an Accredited Practising Dietitian of 10 years and a big nutrition nerd 🤓
Having spent the last decade working in hospitals across various specialties, I saw first-hand the devastating effects of chronic health conditions when left unchecked .This can lead to the loss of physical and cognitive ability that affects too many people, too early in life.
That's why I chose to shift "upstream" and Food to Flourish was born - a digital nutrition service offering compassionate, evidence-based nutrition guidance tailored to your needs and easily accessible from the comfort of your own home or work.
My goal is to help cut through the noise and allow you to harness the power of food and the gut microbiome so you can feel better today and set yourself up to live more healthy years.

My Approach

A diet-by microbiome approach (i.e. eating & living in a way that promotes good 'gut health' which in turn influences our overall wellbeing including metabolic health).
An emphasis on 'Inclusion' rather than 'Exclusion' (what to add to your plate rather what to cut out).
To get back to basics and develop healthy habits that stick.
No calorie counting, precision macronutrient counting or crash diets.
To learn how to view your health holistically, not just as a number on the scales.
A big focus on enjoyment, connection & learning how to have a positive relationship with food.
